St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the CRSTS Highway Capital Maintenance Programme 2024/25 - Carriageway Resurfacing Works (Bulk Tender Number 2).\r \r Carriageway resurfacing will be on the following roads:\r \r 1. Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 6. Avon Road & Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 7. Whiteside Road - Blackbrook\r 8. Clipsley Lane - Haydock\r 9. Penny Lane - Haydock \r 10. Queens Road - Haydock\r 11. Mercer Street - Newton East\r 12. Mill Lane - Newton East \r 13. Wargrave Road - Newton East \r 14. Queens Drive - Newton West \r 15. Broad Oak Road - Parr\r 16. Fleet Lane - Parr Phase 1 \r 17. Fleet Lane - Parr Phase 2 \r 18. Malvern Road - Parr\r 19. Ormskirk Road - Rainford \r 20. Alder Hey Road - Windle \r 21. Queens Drive - Windle \r 22.
