Work description
The project consists of the renewal of Appliance Bay floor coverings with a new anti-slip flooring system. The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:-
1. Remove and dispose of existing floor finishes 2. Make good disturbance to building fabric to a good standard 3. Make good to floor levels 4. Introduce appliance bay drainage where directed 5. Install a new anti-slip coating to appliance bay floor as specified.
The works are internal and located on the ground floors, in the appliance bays.
