## Description

The project consists of the renewal of Appliance Bay floor coverings with a new anti-slip flooring system\. The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:- 1\. Remove and dispose of existing floor finishes 2\. Make good disturbance to building fabric to a good standard 3\. Make good to floor levels 4\. Introduce appliance bay drainage where directed 5\. Install a new anti-slip coating to appliance bay floor as specified\. The works are internal and located on the ground floors, in the appliance bays\.
