## Description

1\. undertaking all structural remedial works to the perimeter wall that are required within the next 3-5 years, as identified in the structural report\. 2\. replacement and installation of a new PIDS system with GUI, fully compliant to Estates Directorate Technical Standards, 3\. Provide CCTV which is interfaced with the PIDS and gives coverage of all existing blind spots within the Establishment\.
