Description
This is a contract award notice. How can CQC use its role to improve the experience of people living with dementia, and carers, using health and care services? We want to explore this question in order to build a strategy that has a real impact in improving people's experiences. Developing the strategy will take around 3 years. Information from user voice, data analysis and research pieces will be core to building a successful and impactful strategy and this will form the core of the year one work. This procurement was undertaken through NHS SBS Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (Lot 3) following the Direct Award Process. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 3 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including all optional contract extensions. Contract Reference: CQC EP&S 061
