GB-St Leonards on Sea: Ventilation systems cooling coils - Conqueat Hospital

Description

Modifications to two ventilation systems at the Conquest Hospital, Hastings, East Sussex. The works involves modifying two existing ventilation systems to provide cooling. Works include: •Supply and installation of a cooling coil in each system •Supply and replacement of existing supply and extract fans •Supply and replacement of existing supply and extract grilles •Extension of existing supply and extract ductwork •Supply and installation of new controls •Testing and commissioning. The construction period is 8 weeks and is due to commence August 2021. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
