Thornhill New Build Social Housing (Tenter Street)

Description

RMBC are seeking a suitable contractor to design, manage and construct new affordable homes the former Thornhill School site, Tenter Street, Rotherham. These homes are to be brought into council stock. This is a full design and build 2 stage process including associated external works, estate roads and statutory services installations where required. This is the initial design phase and has been undertaken as a further competition through Lot 2 of the EN:Procure New Build Framework (Yorkshire and Humber).
