Q049 - Restaurant Shell Fit Out and Associated Works at Albert Halls, Bolton Town Hall

Description

The Borough Council of Bolton (\"the Authority\") is prepared to receive tenders for Restaurant Shell Fit Out and Associated Works at Albert Halls, Bolton Town Hall which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The works entail full refurbishment of the rooms to provide a catering store, restaurant shell fit out, quiet room and beer cellar. The type of works to be undertaken are includes, but is not limited to: refurbishment of fire ducts, forming new partition walls, removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services and installation of new, installation of WC connection of the new sanitary appliances to existing drainage, installation of new windows, installation of hygienic wall cladding, new floor and wall finishes including decoration. Site visits for Albert Halls is a mandatory requirement and must be requested via The Chest Messaging Portal. Site Visits will take place on Tuesday 17 April and Thursday 19 April 2018, between the hours 10am and 2pm. The Council will offer and allocate individual slots on a first come, first served basis.
