## Description

The Education and Training Foundation \(ETF\) is keen to ensure a strong workforce supply and so encouraging people into teaching in the Further Education sector is a priority on our agenda\. The ETF would like to produce a new video to promote teaching in Further Education \(FE\) as a career option and its benefits\. The video should be: Inspirational and aspirational; Speaking to the heart of the viewer; Engaging and approachable; Professional; Playful; Modern; Commercially minded; Sharp, energetic and fast-moving; Positive and fun\. The piece of work being commissioned is a video to raise awareness of teaching in FE as a career option and demonstrating its benefits\.
