- Removal of existing rubber wet pour safer surfacing and associated edging (timber and concrete pin kerbs) - Removal of existing tarmac and concrete paving and associated edging (concrete pin kerbs) - Removal of existing play equipment and site furniture - Concrete asphalt (tarmac) paving to new footpaths with concrete pin kerb edging - Bonded rubber mulch safer surfacing around play equipment with concrete pin kerb edging - Installation of new play equipment - Installation of site furniture to include metal seats, litter bins, and 3m maintenance gate - Provisional: construction of timber sleeper retaining wall - Provisional: construction of timber sleeper steps with concrete treads - Topsoil and turf stripping - Regrading/regulation of levels and formation of ramped footpath using locally sourced material - Topsoiling and seeding - Tree planting
