Specification applicable to all categories: Conflict Resolution Training Conflict Resolution Refresher Training Breakaway Training Breakaway Refresher Training Managing Challenging Behaviour Training Lone Worker Training Communication Skills Training Restrictive Physical Intervention Training Contract dates: 01/04/2018 - 31/03/2021 with an option to extend for 1 x 12 months Training will be provided onsite at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Peterborough City Hospital and Rutland Hospital Training will be classroom based Required standards of the Training Provider: Provide evidence of delivery to and references for at least 3 similar healthcare organisations Provide evidence of Quality Assurance to a minimum of Institute of Conflict Management QAC status \(or similar Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
