## Description

There is a requirement to obtain the services of specialist Contractors to compliment core staff with the implementation of IT projects\. There is an immediate requirement to have a Dedicated Programme Director to manage Phase 3 of the EVE project, there will also be a requirement to have Business Analysts to review parts of the cloud migration of the Ticketing solution\. There is an additional resource required for supporting the Dynamics and Azure environment during the contracting period\. Framework information CCS Framework RM1557\.13 - Gcloud 13, Cloud based IT solutions a desktop assessment in line with the framework guidance was conducted\.
