Work description
G-Cloud 9 Call-Off contract. The contract is broadly separated into two parts:
1) Operational Support The supplier provides 2nd line support for Crossrail 2's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
2) System Configuration A range of professional services, tailored for the delivery of custom enhancement to the CRM system.
