North Star - Internal Planned Maintenance 2019 -21

Description

North Star seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to undertake the internal planned maintenance works programme on various properties Lot 1 - Planned Maintenance - Internal Refurbishments Works 2019 -21 The works comprise of Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, level access showers, over bath showers, rewiring or partial rewiring, provision of fire detection. Lot 2 - Planned Maintenance - Boiler and System Installations 2019 -21 The works comprise of Boiler replacements and Upgrading to heating systems. The Contracts will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
