## Description

The Council are looking to appoint a Historical Architect o provide full designs and technical drawings/specifications for the refurbishment of the Old Falcon to the end of RIBA stage 3/4\. The aim is to gain Planning Permission / Listed Building Consent for a sensitive scheme in keeping with the local area\. The final design must be commercially viable scheme for the conversion of the buildings\.
