## Description

A contract has been awarded following a call off from Kent County Council Commercial Services Group Framework Y23064 Supply of Playground, Fitness and Sports Equipment and Leisure Facilities, Lot 5 - Waterplay \(Indoor and Outdoor\) which is awarded to a single supplier\. The contract scope includes the design of a splashpad, supply and installation of new water play equipment, resurfacing and associated works and ongoing maintenance\. The contract is estimated to commence 1 September 2025 and expire 28 February 2026\. There will be an option to extend the contract for ongoing maintenance for 4 years, in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs\.
