Administrative exercise needed to maintain the continuation of storage of legacy PCS records with the legacy third-party archive storage provider until next procurement cycle as part of a contracts novation project\. This action is to ensure the services are provided on a current, GDPR compliant framework as opposed to the inherited PCT arrangements\.
