## Description

Essex County Council \(ECC\) is planning a Bio-waste Treatment, Transfer and Transport Services Framework Agreement\. The procurement process is looking to engage services for the treatment of source segregated municipal bio-waste and for a contract or contracts for the transfer and transport of municipal bio-waste arising from the county of Essex and the unitary authority of Southend-on-Sea\. To develop this framework we are asking the market to consider our project brief and complete a questionnaire\. This will assist the Authority with its development of their market approach and ensure it secures best value when procuring its requirements for bio-waste\.
