## Description

This opportunity is available via The Chest https://www\.the-chest\.org\.uk/ Cumbria County Council requires a contractor to remediate up to 6Ha of land shown within the wider Marina Village site, a strategic housing site in Barrow's Borough Council's Local plan\. The aim is to undertake this work to remove the ground conditions as a barrier to opening the site to housing development\.
