## Description

The Supplier shall provide a support service for the Charity Commission's internal case management system which uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 \(CRM\) software\. This Call-Off Contract also includes a number ad-hoc development days that maybe required to support any improvements required or to cover any activity not included within the support agreement\.
