## Description

A call-off contract with an events management company to manage end to end events \(external and internal\)\. These events could be face to face, digital or a mix of both\. A contract with a live streaming service company to ensure external delegates can join internal events \(if they don't use Microsoft Teams\) A delegate management system that \(i\) allows HMRC members to use single sign-on and is integrated with Microsoft Office \(to allow easier updating of calendars\) \(ii\) has a landing page for each event where agendas, pre-event instructions/papers can be stored and surfaced to delegates \(iii\) can automate key parts of the delegate management process such as: a\. issuing invitations which can be either to targeted distribution lists \(DL\) or the system can a booking link for when a DL isn't available b\. issuing of pre and post event communications c\. chaser/reminder emails for no-respondents d\. notifying the organisers of any special requirements e\. digital registration for the onsite team
