Work description
This tender is to engage with a supplier to establish the Culture Values and Behaviours within the NDA, this should build on the work recently undertaken by a previous organisation to develop NDA's leadership capabilities.
Shaping the NDA Culture (Values and Behaviours) is a natural next step in the NDA's objective to progress to a High Performing Organisation. The approach described synchronises and builds on the earlier work executed by the NDA on: • 'We are NDA' (detail available on www.gov.uk/nda) • High Performing Organisation development • Leadership Development Programme
