This tender is to engage with a supplier to establish the Culture Values and Behaviours within the NDA, this should build on the work recently undertaken by a previous organisation to develop NDA's leadership capabilities\. Shaping the NDA Culture \(Values and Behaviours\) is a natural next step in the NDA's objective to progress to a High Performing Organisation\.
