Strategic Flood Risk Assessment

The preparation of a Level 1 and, where required, a Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), that is compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and National Planning Practice Guidance (NPPG), to inform the preparation, review, and implementation of the Local Plans for North Yorkshire Council, City of York Council, North York Moors National Park Authority and Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority, and the Spatial Development Strategy (SDS) for the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.
