## Description

The Regional Specialist Lead \(RSL\), funded by the Education Training Foundation \(ETF\), provides quality improvement support to all ESFA funded training providers in relation to maths and English\. The ETF is seeking to appoint 2 or 3 RSLs to provide support in the East and West Midlands\. The ideal candidates will already be actively involved in an outward facing role, engaging with and providing support to practitioners and managers in the FE and Training Sector\. This role builds on their knowledge, understanding and appreciation of existing relationships within the region\.
