## Description

Ordnance Survey is appointing a Contractor to provide refurbishment of leased office space used by OS at Sutton Yard, 65 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EN, United Kingdom\. The scope of the work is to undertake the refurbishment to deliver the space and layout including the supply of materials and furniture\. The Contractor will be required to provide all labour and ensure that the labour is qualified to complete the refurbishment to meet the standards expected by OS, the Landlord and in line with all UK legislation\. The Refurbishment is to be completed between December 2023 and January 2024\.
