## Description

The Fund is seeking to carry out a full scale, quinquennial review of our banking arrangements and would like to procure a service provider that will provide the full banking services\. The Fund is particularly interested in the cost, efficiency and security of any electronic funds transmission systems as we make volume payments of grants and suppliers\. We are also keen to ensure that our offices located in different parts of the country have access to cash without the need to open local bank accounts\.
