## Description

The brief for this project is to convert and refurbish a proportion of the internal space within the existing Stanley Buildings to provide 43 small-medium sized office spaces, a collection of meeting rooms and associated communal facilities\. The existing takeaway food outlet will be converted into a two storey café/bistro to service both the tenants of the building and the wider public\. The project also involves the rectification of a number of defects identified within the existing building
