Provision for providing Legal Services to the British High Commission in India

The British High Commission, New Delhi intends to empanel through a competitive process one or more, legal firm(s) having Pan-India outreach to obtain legal advice and litigation related support. The objective of the legal firm(s) is to provide professional legal advice and representation of the highest quality, adapted to British High Commission's specific requirements and charge a consideration that is competitive in the local market and proves best value for money. The term shall commence on 25th September 2024 and the Expiry Date shall me 24th September 2026, unless extended or subject to early termination. This contract has the possibility of extension for upto two more years, subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier.
