South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and any other organisations that has a partnership arrangement with them, invites tenders for the provision of a design and print service framework\. the framework comprises of 5 lots\. The Authority intends to award lots 1 and 2 to a single supplier , and appoint 3-4 suppliers to each of the remaining lots\. The Authority reserves the right to appoint more than 3 suppliers to each lot\. Tenderers may bid for more than on lot\. the framework will operate on a direct award or mini competition basis\.
