## Description

Southend on Sea Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the refurbishment of the carriage and wagon shed to provide a new internal layout which when complete will be a heritage centre\. The contract will be awarded under a JCT Design & Build 2016 form of contract \(with Designer's portion specified\)\.
