Learn from Patient Safety Events - Enhancements

Description

Contract Variation to the Learn from Patient Safety Events Service contract to allow for an enhancement to be made to the LFPSE System. The enhancements will allow for visibility and interrogation of patient safety data by ICB and NHSE Regional teams. The variation amounts to a £110,000 change to the Contract, which is a 6.5% modification against the original contract value. The modification is compliant in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
