Description

o Develop and lead the delivery of a communication plan that provides a compelling vision of the future of the organisation and links individual roles and aspirations with that of the organisation. o Develop a toolkit for managers that supports them in having conversations with staff that are clear, exciting and motivational and do not necessarily link to the managers ability to present key messages. o Build into the toolkit feedback opportunities that allow the organisation to gain insight into how it is being received and enables impact to be measured. o Lead a key event on the plan ensuring messages and training are delivered to managers in an exciting and engaging way.
