## Description

The Department would like: 1\. Review and refinement to aspects of the modelling in the original contract including the impact that e-bikes could make in uptake of cycling and the interaction between cycling and walking investment\. 2\. Preparation of two publishable reports: o The first report would detail underlying evidence behind the modelling developed in the original contract and additional analysis \(ebikes, interaction of cycling/walking investment\) and how this has led to the functionality of the model\. o The second report would detail results from the models, including a description of the scenarios and specific assumptions\. 3\. Presentations of the evidence and modelling to stakeholders inc ministers, OGDs and external bodies\. 4\. Preparation of a short paper summarising the existing evidence on how transport can enable people to access employment and progress into higher-skilled, higher-paid work with case studies attached\.
