HS2 Collaboration Partners

Description

HS2 Ltd identified a requirement for the procurement of Collaboration Partners to support key HS2 business areas, where strong relationships can be built and maintained to ensure successful delivery of the project. Collaboration Partners were appointed (via a further Competition under Lot 2 (Mobilisation, Alignment and Effectiveness) of HS2 Ltd's Collaboration Delivery Framework) to support the following business areas, and have been procured as separate work packages: - Work package 1 - Phase 1 and 2 Directorates - Work package 2 - Phase 1 Area South - Work package 3 - Phase 1 Area North - Work package 4 - Phase 1 On Network Works ("ONW") - Work package 5 - Phase 1 Area Central Further details of the award, successful suppliers and contract terms are provided in with the award details of this notice. Work packages are additionally subject to two 12-month optional extension periods.
