## Description

The commission will provide a framework of evidence and insight to underpin future investment into the innovation district and future hubs\. The framework will set out the rationale, objectives and impact metrics to coordinate the investment required to realise our ambition for Leeds to be recognised nationally and globally for our innovation capabilities\.
