## Description

Knowsley Council seeks to commission an established, and evidenced offer for individuals identified as being perpetrators of domestic abuse\. This offer will include the opportunity for group work and 1-1 support where perpetrators need preparation for group work\. The offer also includes identifying barriers to engagement and signposting to targeted services where appropriate\. This offer should be inclusive of female offenders, but will predominantly be for male perpetrators aged 18 years and above\. Successful delivery with be aimed at challenging participants thinking, behaviour and attitudes towards domestic abuse\.
