## Description

The Authority is provision of a Contact Centre Telephony with Support and Maintenance\. The current contract provision ceases in March 2022 for the current contact centre maintenance support/warranty extension\. Rochdale Council require free usage on suppliers' new platform from go-live to equal the duration of the existing telephony support and maintenance contract
