Managed Commercial Service for HMCTS

HMCTS have a large pipeline of complex digital procurements, which cannot be managed by the existing commercial team, due to two staff members recently leaving the team. The existing team consists of one permanent staff and three contractors with one leaving. CCMD have tried to recruit permanent staff on a number of occasions, but have been unable to find experienced permanent resources. HMCTS require dedicated commercial resources who can hit the ground running and provide confidence of commercial delivery to HMCTS.
