Employee Assistance Programme

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the delivery of an Employee Assistance Programme. The term of the contract will be 2 years, with an option to extend the contract for up to a further two years and subject to satisfactory performance. Bids are invited from providers with an excellent track record of providing this service in the HE Sector. Lancaster University requires an effective and modern Employee Assistance Programme [EAP] Service both within the UK and for University staff working overseas. The EAP service will be made available to 3100 staff on a contract of employment [full and part time]. Use of the service will not be mandatory and Lancaster University does not guarantee volumes. The EAP service that Lancaster University requires is as defined by the Employee Assistance Programme Association:
