## Description

Leicester City Council would like to invite economic operators \("Tenderers"\) to submit a tender response \("the Tender"\) on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender \("ITT"\) for selection of a single Contractor \("the Supplier"\) to provide an Income & Payment Management Solution & Associated Services \("the Services"\), on a non-exclusive basis as called off additional functionality that maybe required over the term of ten \(10\) years in accordance with terms and conditions set out in Schedule 2 \("the Contract"\)\. The system will be required to take customer balances from various host systems and facilitates payments through a variety of channels\. Transactional data will need to be fed back to the host systems in addition to the main accounting system\.
