The works consist of the internal refurbishment of The Kitchener Centre as outlined in the tender specifications and drawings and to meet current Building Regulations\. These works consist of an internal refurbishment and remodelling of the office accommodation, a new laundry room, as well as ceiling replacements, localised plaster repairs and full redecorations throughout
