A) Whether there is any significant demand for the services of Hackney Carriages Vehicles (HCV) in the City of Cambridge that is currently unmet by the existing Hackney Carriage fleet; and, B) Whether there is a suitable accessibility criteria for Hackney Carriages licensed by Cambridge City Council.
