## Description

The Enterprise Coach's responsibilities will include \(but are not limited to\): • Championing core Agile principles and practices within the product group and wider organization\. • Contributing to developing the services provide by Agile Centre of Excellence\. • Conducting Agile maturity assessments in consultant with the product group to identify key improvements areas and support teams in their Agile maturity journey\. • Coaching and mentoring the product group, including all roles and functions\. • Supporting Product Owners with creating product roadmaps, defining release strategy and supporting release activities\. • Helping resolve product group and organisation level impediments through troubleshooting and innovative problem solving\. • Supporting and protecting an environment conducive to team self-organisation\. • Promoting team self-organisation through empowerment\. • Supporting the capture of empirical data to adjust forecasts\. • Supporting activities such as reporting on sprint/release progress, budget tracking and team metrics\. • Motivating team, supporting conflict resolution, promoting team successes and challenging failings\.
