The Full Replacement of Two Passenger Lifts (Option 1), and The Modernisation of Two Passenger Lifts (Option 2), located at the Oaks A and B Blocks, University of Keele

Tenders are invited from interested parties for The Full Replacement of Two Passenger Lifts located at the Oaks A and B Blocks, University of Keele, in accordance with the attached Tender Specification document.

Given the need for one Lift Contractor to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the works required, the contract has not been divided into lots.

The Lift Contractor shall complete all of the contract requirements detailed in the Tender Specification document and meet the key dates contained in the specification.

The estimated total value of the contract is £180,000 excluding VAT.

It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender sum.
