Description
Provision of services to conduct HIMSS INFRAM assessments for the 3 acute trusts participating in the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The service will include but is not restricted to: Initiation meeting with the three trusts in attendance Assessment Workshops x 3 (min) with each of the trusts Initial AAT provided for each trust Revision and final assessment provided for each trust This Call-Off Contract for the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) is for the provision of Services Under: Lot 3: Cloud support Platform service ID number 9265 4540 4874 214
