Intellectual Property Services for Lancaster University.

Research Services: IP team at Lancaster University are seeking to appoint one or more professional services agencies to act on its behalf in the drafting, filing, prosecution and also potentially the renewal of it's IP portfolio. This includes but is not limited to its patent portfolio of approximately 35 patent families comprising some 85 active patents, and a small number of registered designs and trademarks.

Please note, some elements of the scope of works may be split out, e.g. patent renewals (for granted/registered IP) and retained in-house.
