HR Case Management Solution

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish the type of software and functionality that is available for a Case Management Solution for monitoring disciplinary and grievance cases within our Human Resources department.

The PMC will provide an opportunity for the Wolverhampton City Council to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of this solution and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.

The information gained from the PMC will assist the Council in determining the most effective way of packaging and scoping requirements for any future procurement exercise.
