## Description

Epping Forest District Council \(EFDC\) is seeking a modern housing and asset management ICT solution from a suitably qualified supplier\. EFDC owns and manages over 6 000 social housing property units, with approximately 1 000 leasehold properties and 2 000 garages\. EFDC also owns and manages an array of commercial buildings which include a number of sheltered schemes\. The initial contract term will be 5 years, with an option to extend for \(up to\) a further 5 years\. Estimated total contract value below is therefore based on the maximum 10-year contract duration\.
