Provision of a Management Information System software package to; -Store the personal details of programme participants; -Store the details of employers engaging with the programme -Provide workflows that match the process requirements of the programme; -Allow detailed auditing throughout the lifecycle of records - who/when created, modified and deleted; -Provide options for ad-hoc and scheduled reporting for both management reports and programme governance reporting; -Provide options for producing template letters, such as when participants are registered on the programme, when they are due to attend an activity and when they exit the programme. -Support long-term retention of records.
